I discovered Yoga in 2016, mainly for physical aspect of the practice. It wasn’t until 2020 that I really reaped the psychological benefits amidst the chaos of a pandemic. Yoga and meditation helped me enormously with my mental health, and to discover a deeper mind-body connection.
I built on my passion for this area and undertook my training in 2021. I now teach fun, energetic vinyasa style classes, placing emphasis on breathing, alignment and moving the body in a way that feels good! So much love, Rae x

I started my yoga journey doing YouTube classes in my bedroom as a teenager and attempting to challenge myself to super flexi poses!
Now my approach to Yoga is much more relaxed and grounded.
After completing my teacher training in Brisbane - I fell in love with a more slow and steady yoga journey which led me to then completing a Yoga Nidra teacher training (a form of very relaxed nearly meditative yoga).
For me, Yoga is about listening to your body and appreciating it through movement not punishing it.
